Screwed me over.
I entered my credit card on Xbox Live to purchase an XBL subscription 3 months ago and now I can’t REMOVE IT. I was automatically billed today because my XBL subscription is over. I have to contact Tech Support to do so, but they keep telling to do it online. IT WON’T LET ME CANCEL IT ONLINE. So heated right now.
